Well what's going on here in Phoenix? It's the beautiful time of year - 70's during the day and believe it or not this is the green season!
Pierce finished his intro to soccer class for 3 year olds. They had a little scrimmage and Pierce scored 3 goals...unfortunately he was a little confused on the first play of the game and kicked it into his own goal! He then got it figured out and scored 2 goals on the right side of the field....so he ended up +1. Soccer probably wont be his ultimate sport....he didnt enjoy it that much and is much more interested in tackling and believe it or not, golf! He doesnt have much interest in watching sports with the exception of golf which he can sit down and watch for long periods of time. He is at a fun stage where he is very independent, loves to play with others and wants to marry his mommy! He is extremely outgoing and will chat anybody's ear off and talks about Disneyland continually as a result of our Thanksgiving vacation.
Cole turns 2 this month and she is quite the diva. She is starting to speak in sentences and is very, very picky about her clothes. She picks out her own shoes each day and her favorites are sparkly pink ones which she is so proud of, and everyday Andrea opens her closet and points at the different options until Cole decides which she wants which she is very adamant about pointing at a pink one saying, "I want that pink one!" It never lasts long - she is the messiest child in the world and goes through at least 5 outfits a day. She is quite the flirt but has a very loud, explosive temper if she doesnt get what she wants.
Andrea is extremely busy - doing 2 days of dental hygiene per week and going to school at Arizona State 3 days per week. She has decided she wants to try and get into dental school, there are 2 here in the Phoenix area she will apply to ina couple of years. Between kids, school, running the house and being in the Relief Society Presidency she is busy! Over Christmas we bought her a sweet new all black, Ford Explorer Limited. It has the 3 rows of seats we were looking for and the most important thing - tv in the back for the kids!
I (Clint) am also taking classes part-time on my MBA and am busy with work. My job has a lot of diversity - teaching, creating new programs and even ghost-writing some articles that have appeared in some major dental magazines. Hopefully soon my name will start appearing in the tagline! My current project is developing a 12 month training program for dental sales reps that will consist of group trainings, online webcasts and 1 on 1 coaching....I'll be teaching it when completed and am shooting for a May rollout. I didnt get a new vehicle like Andrea but did get a new HD tv that will be great come football season!
All in all life is pretty good - Andrea and I both love our jobs and the companies we work for. The kids are wild but healthy and happy. Attached is a couple of pics of the kids in the backyard....as you can see yards here arent what we were used to in Idaho!
